All in-stock orders will be shipped out within 3-4 business days of receiving payment. Most of the time cases, orders will be shipped out within 2 business days.
Shipping Policies
For Alaska/Hawaii, a flat rate shipping cost of $40 for orders will be charged. We reserve the right to change shipping costs for orders with multiple items. In this case, we will contact the buyer before shipping.
For Canada, a flat rate shipping cost of $30 for orders will be charged. We reserve the right to change shipping costs for orders with multiple items. In this case, we will contact the buyer before shipping.

Please allow 5-12 business days for delivery, depending on your specific location, before contacting us regarding on your order. Status orders should be made through e-mails.
Items will have tracking numbers, which will be emailed to the customers as soon as orders are shipped. Tracking information will be available 24 hours after an order is shipped. Smaller items will be sent through US Parcel Post and may not have tracking numbers.
Money order payments must be cleared prior to shipment.
Weights stated on the order summary are shipping weights only, and do not represent the actual weight of products.
Return Policy
All sales are considered final. Due to government laws and the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any units that have been opened or installed. It is the responsibility of the customer to know any toilet spacing or clearance problems before placing their orders. If you have any questions, contact us before placing any orders and we will try to assist you to the best of our abilities.
One problem our customers encounter is finding out they do not have enough space to put their orders in a specific space. We are sorry about this and cannot accept any returns due to government regulations. These policies are universal to any cool bidet companies, dealers, and hygienic products in general. To assist with this problem, we do provide physical dimensions and specifications of each cool bidet products. Just a friendly reminder, please do check your spacing area before placing your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and refund amount and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Policies
Coolbidet.com carries products with a manufacturer warranty period of 6 months. In most cases, the manufacturer warranties exceed that (see product listings for specific warranty periods). The warranty period will begin from the day of receipt. Coolbidet.com, or the manufacturer, may repair or replace the products damaged if only they are covered under the warranty. For free promotional items, the warranty is limited for only 90 days.
